By supplying much needed child care, the program allows moms and dads to attend English language classes along with a range of workshops and courses that support both the moms and dads and their children in their transition to their brand-new neighborhood. Smart Actions for Choosing Educational ServicesThe course includes a summary of pre-natal and post-natal advancement of kids from birth to 12 months. Students will learn about teenage pregnancy and the specialized care and demands of newborns. Course work also includes the Pregnancy Profile curriculum, Reality Functions simulator infant curriculum, and numerous hands-on jobs and activities.
Trainees will find out about developmental milestones and the special care needed for children in this age group. Course work consists of independent jobs and group activities. Trainees will have an overview of the types of child care centers in Manitoba, theorists in childcare, varied capabilities and special needs of children, guided discovering experiences in center curricula, childhood stress factors, and establishing favorable working relationships.
Students learn about kid development at specific ages, assistance of young kids, development of safe and healthy environments, value of play, childhood diseases, and partnership with parents, professionalism, and directing learning experiences. Course work consists of independent jobs and group activities.
